It’s almost time to vote for your favorite acts on America’s Got Talent Season 16. Not only are the live shows kicking off on Tuesday night, but fans will also have the opportunity to choose a Wildcard act to fill Nightbirde’s spot. Five acts have been chosen to perform in an hour-long special streaming on Peacock. The acts up for the Wildcard got together to share details about the special with fans, including the time it will air and how to vote.

How to Watch the ‘AGT’ Wildcard Special

The five acts up for a wildcard spot are Matt Mauser, Storm Large, Mike Goodwin, Patrick Kun, and Dylan Zangwill. On Tuesday, Zangwill posted an Instagram video in which he and his fellow wildcard hopefuls explain how to watch their performances and vote.

Storm, Dylan, Mike, and Matt appear in the clip, with Storm joking that magician Patrick “is invisible because he’s a wizard.” The caption of the video announces that the show will be available to watch on Peacock at 7 p.m. ET. This is also when fans will be allowed to vote for their favorite act.

As Storm explains in the video, fans can vote on Twitter by using the hashtag #AGTWildcard and the username for their chosen act. Dylan is @dylanzangwill, Patrick is @patrickkunmagic, Mike is @bowtiecomedy, Matt is @mattmauser, and Storm is @stormof69.

Voting will reportedly be open until Friday at 7 a.m. ET. The winner of the wildcard vote will perform in the final night of the Quarterfinals, on August 24.

What to Expect from the Season 16 Live Shows

The AGT live shows kick off Tuesday night at 8/7c on NBC. The Quarterfinals will air over three weeks, with 36 acts performing in total. All of the Golden Buzzer recipients have an automatic place in the live shows, with the exception of Nightbirde, who left the competition.

The results from Tuesday night’s vote will be revealed on Wednesday. This season skipped the typical Judge Cuts round, with the judges deliberating offscreen about which acts from the auditions should move on to the Quarterfinals.

This year’s live shows will also feature a live studio audience. Fans are required to be fully vaccinated and at least 12 years old to attend a taping.
