One of the talented acts auditioning for America’s Got Talent Season 21 is a mentalist duo called Mind2Mind. You might recognize them from their audition in Season 17 of the show. Now they’re back for another chance at the grand prize.
Meet Mind2Mind, AGT Mentalist Duo
Mind2Mind is a mentalist duo consisting of married couple James Harrington, from the UK, and Marina Liani, from Ukraine. They first appeared on AGT in Season 17, wowing the judges as Marina figured out the amount of battery left on Sofia Vergara’s phone and predicted an audience member’s memory.
The duo earned four “yes” votes to move on in the competition. Unfortunately, they were not selected by the judges to move on to the Season 17 live shows. Mind2Mind previously auditioned for Britain’s Got Talent and Ukraine’s Got Talent, where they earned the Golden Buzzer and made it to the Finals.
The pair, who is usually based in Dubai, went on to win the 2025 FISM World Championship of Magic in the Mental Magic category. They’re currently performing a summer residency at the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas. Tickets to their show are available now.
According to Mind2Mind’s website, one thing that sets them apart from other mentalist acts is that they don’t touch each other to transmit information. In fact, they frequently keep to opposite ends of whatever venue they’re in. During their AGT Season 17 audition, Marina was outside the theater while James was on stage.
“We don’t read minds. We bridge them,” reads a quote on the couple’s website, which ascribes their impressive abilities to “Second Sight.” They insist that their act involves “no hidden electronics” or “strange codes.”
