Exes Grimes, Elon Musk Spotted Staying in the Same Luxury Hotel

Former romantic couple Grimes and Elon Musk were both spotted savoring a getaway in Portofino, Italy last week. Although the two were photographed separately, fans speculate that the two might have gotten back together.
Grimes, Elon Musk Enjoyed a Lavish Vacation in the Same Portofino Hotel
According to an unnamed source, Grimes and Musk hung around the same hotel in the Italian seaside village. The singer was seen strolling alongside her and Musk’s three-year-old son X. Meanwhile, the billionaire was caught dining with 17-year-old son Saxon at a restaurant resort.Â
In the photo, the business mogul was wearing a plain olive-colored tee. Saxon opted to dress casually as well, wearing a simple off-white T-shirt. The father-and-son duo appeared to have dined with someone of the same age as the businessman, who was actively engaging in a conversation. Saxon, on the other hand, looked like he was just listening to their exchanges quietly.
For her part, Grimes was donning a body-hugging turtle neck dress with a unique cut-out on the waist part. The singer paired it with her black boots, sunglasses, and a spiky necklace. The style of her hair was nothing extravagant, with her blond hair just enjoying its loose waves.
Wandering around with Grimes was her and Musk’s first born X, who was innocently giggling in the photograph. The toddler sported a blue button-down and a pair of khaki shorts.
Are They Officially Back Together?
Amid fans’ speculation, there is no clear answer to whether the two have rekindled their romance. As per reports, the former lovers both attended the nuptials of billionaire venture capitalist Chamath Palihapitiya and his longtime girlfriend, Nathalie Dompé. Their second child together, Y, was also not seen in the photos.
Grimes and the Tesla creator initially got together in 2018 because of a joke about artificial intelligence the businessman intended to tweet but discovered the musician had already made. They welcomed their first baby two years later but split in March 2022. The said separation happened months after their second baby Exa Dark Sideræl arrived via a surrogate.
After their breakup, the singer went to date notorious whistleblower Chelsea Manning. Their romance only lasted for a few months, though. Musk, on the other hand, seemed to have dated Australian actress Natasha Bassett for a short while.
