The American Idol alum’s support system has been massive since the beginning of the competition, having a girlfriend to motivate and encourage him to keep going. Who is Colin Stough’s Girlfriend, McKenzie Rhett?
While Stough has never hidden his relationship with Rhett, he also doesn’t post much about his girlfriend on social media. Nevertheless, Rhett had been joining the singer as he was hitting the road to perform. She previously gave an update about their relationship, showing a glimpse of how they were while Stough is on tour.
In an Instagram post, Rhett shared photos of her and Stough offstage. In the photos, the Idol alum was kissing her cheek and Rhett was resting her hand on his chest.
“Been to a concert or two lately,” she captioned the post.
Born in 2003, Rhett is a year older than Stough. She is a beauty queen, securing the title Miss Jr. Teen Mississippi back in March 2019. During that time, she was a sophomore at Heritage Academy, a private educational institution in Columbus. In the same college prep school, she was part of the softball team.
As a pageant girl, Rhett advocates for diabetes awareness. To spread this platform, she visits schools and daycares to teach kids in making healthy food choices. Little information have been told about Rhett on social media. It isn’t clear if Rhett went to college after her high school graduation.
She has, however, been active on social media when it comes to her job ventures. In August 2023, she shared on Facebook that she’s available for hair and makeup appointments.
She’s Been Supportive of His Music Career
The couple hasn’t shared anything about how they’ve met, but Stough and Rhett online presence are felt by their fans. Rhett attended the singer’s event when Stough performed at Septemberfest in 2023.
Back in October, the singer’s girl shared a photo of her and Stough riding his motorcycle in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
“midnight rider,” he wrote.
Stough then replied, writing, “Lova” in the comments.
Furthermore, by the end of 2023, she uploaded more pictures from a black tie event at the Greenville Country Club in Greenville, Mississippi. The couple was together at the Grand Ole Opry in November 2023.
