Who Went Home in the Double Elimination?
At the end of the night, the couples were announced safe one by one until only three were left — Hilaria Baldwin and Gleb Savchenko, Baron Davis and Britt Stewart, and Corey Feldman and Jenna Johnson. The hosts made it clear that this was not necessarily the bottom three.
Ultimately, the two stars who had to say goodbye to the competition were Baron Davis and Corey Feldman. Corey and Jenna were at the bottom of the leaderboard Tuesday night with a combined score of 24 out of 50. Baron and Britt were third from the bottom, tied with Scott Hoying and Rylee Arnold with a combined score of 28 out of 50.
During Tuesday’s show, Corey and Jenna performed a cha-cha to “Baby Got Back” by Sir Mix-a-Lot, while Baron and Britt danced a samba to “Return of the Mack” by Mark Morrison. They earned a score of 15 and 18, respectively.
Andy Richter and Emma Slater were second from the bottom of the leaderboard on Tuesday night, with a combined score of 25 out of 50 following their tango to “It’s Raining Men” by The Weather Girls, which earned a score of 16 out of 30. Derek Hough said Andy captures “the essence of why this show was created.” He was declared safe at the end of the night.
This week’s elimination meant we had to say goodbye to Season 33’s reigning pro champion, Jenna Johnson. She won the Mirrorball last season with her partner, Bachelor star Joey Graziadei. Do you agree with the results of this week’s show? Let us know in the comments below.
