Dancing with the Stars has released a new promo image for the upcoming season, featuring returning host Alfonso Ribeiro and new co-host Julianne Hough. The show still hasn’t announced a premiere date for Season 32, which is expected to kick off this fall.

The new image, posted to the DWTS social media, shows Ribeiro and Hough with their arms around each other, in front of a giant mirroball that shows different photos of them. In one, they appear to be dancing together.

“The Mirrorball is shining brighter than ever,” reads the post’s caption, adding that the show will premiere this fall on both ABC and Disney+, with episodes available to stream the next day on Hulu.

Unfortunately, fans will have to wait a little bit longer to find out exactly when the new season will kick off, and who will be competing. So far, only one celebrity contestant has been confirmed — Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix.

Last season, former Mirrorball champion Ribeiro joined Tyra Banks as a co-host. This year, Banks has left the show, and former pro dancer Hough has been announced as a new co-host alongside Ribeiro.

Hough Says She Has a ‘Unique Perspective’ on the Show

Hough told Variety that the “door has always been open for me to join or come back in any capacity,” adding that Dancing with the Stars is “my family” and “where I feel the most myself and the most at home.”

“When the idea of coming back to host came around, it was truly a full circle moment,” Hough shared. “I’ve now been a part of the show in every role — being a professional dancer to judge to now hosting.”

Hough went on to say that she has a “unique perspective” when interacting with the show’s contestants, explaining, “I know what people are looking for and how I can support and make them feel the most comfortable.”

She also praised Ribeiro, saying, “The love that he has for this show is so pure.” Ribeiro was just as positive about Hough joining the show, calling her “absolutely perfect” for the job.
