‘Dancing With The Stars’ Announces New Celebrity Cast Member in Surprise Reveal — Jamie Lynn Spears!

Dancing With the Stars has officially continued announcing their celebrity roster for season 32. Only one day ahead of the full cast roster, Dancing With The Stars graced the Good Morning America stage. The Next Celebrity Vying for The Mirrorball is… Jamie Lynn Spears
On Tuesday, Sept 12, Dancing With The Stars revealed their next celebrity vying for the mirrorball. Ahead of this announcement, the show had confirmed the involvement of Vanderpump Rules Star Ariana Madix, and The Bachelorette Charity Lawson. Now, it is confirmed that Jamie Lynn Spears is joining the cast as well.
For those who may not know Jamie Lynn Spears is the former star of Nickelodeon’s Zoey 101, she recently starred in Zoey 102 on Paramount+. She is partnered with Alan Bersten this season. On Good Morning America, Spears admitted that she’s excited to take to the ballroom this fall. Although it’s a big commitment, she’s excited to waltz into the ballroom this season.
“I’m ready to challenge, myself and also being able to do it for a reason that means a lot to me while everybody in my community is on strike in SAG,” she said. “I have this unique opportunity where I was offered to work while my community cannot work. So I figured I’ll do this and I will donate my weekly salary to SAG, WGA, and just give back to them in a time when they can’t even give back to themselves.”

DWTS Will Officially Announce the Full Roster Wednesday
Fans of the dance competition should tune into Good Morning America on Wednesday morning if they want to see the final celebrities named to the official cast. Season 32 is already set to be the show’s most iconic season yet. With a fantastic set of professional dancers, a fabulous panel of judges, and two wonderful co hosts, fans cannot wait for the season to begin.
This season, fans can look forward to various of their favorite professional dancers, as well as the judging panel we all know and love. The panel once again features Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli, and Derek Hough. The fourth seat will be left open for guest judges, in honor of former head judge Len Goodman.
In addition, Julianne Hough has returned to the ballroom, as Alfonso Ribeiro’s co host. For those who may have missed it, Tyra Banks announced her departure from the season earlier this year. Fans are excited to see what the new judging duo will bring to the show this season.
DWTS has finally secured a premiere date for the fall. The competition show will begin on Tuesday, September 26, simultaneously on both ABC and Disney+. The show will then continue to premiere weekly on Tuesday nights.
