BIO: Gabby Barrett rose to national prominence as part of the competition series, American Idol. At 17 years old, she took the stage singing “Good Girl” by Carrie Underwood. The judges had her sing another song before giving her three yeses. Even though Barrett was a fan favorite, she finished the season in third place.

Barrett began singing at the age of nine and performing in shows at eleven. Before auditioning for American Idol, she won the Kean Quest Talent Search. Barrett found both success and love on the series. In 2019 she got engaged and married to fellow American Idol alum, Cade Foehner. The singer gave birth to their first child, Baylah May Foehner in 2021.

Two years after American Idol, Barrett released her debut album, Goldmine. It was certified Gold on April 8, 2021. Alongside her album, she’s released several singles. This singer broke into mainstream country music with her 2020 tune “The Good Ones.”
