‘Britain’s Got Talent’ Continues Its Awesomeness In The Semi-Finals
There were more thrilling acts, friggin’ weirdoes, and technical glitches on last night’s Britain’s Got Talent. It seems like we are on an out of control freight train heading towards the finals in an insane week of semi-finals. Once again it was amazing, if chaotic, to watch.
Umm…What? Olena dressed up in a weird costume and made strange noises and howled like a wolf to techno music and played the mouth harp. She did not move on…thankfully.
Amy Marie Borg
I’m not a big opera fan but Amy Marie is really good. Though she didn’t move on to the next round, I definitely think she should go work for the London Opera or whatever.
This Welshman is funny but I liked his first set during auditions better. You can’t win them all and he will not be winning BGT.
What would you do if you were an alien dance group that’s just arrived in England? make out with Dec, of course. That’s just what happened whether you wanted it to or not.
Jack and Tim
This father/son singing duo is possibly going to win the whole show. Not only are they friggin’ adorable, they are also really talented. They moved on. I wish my dad and I did stuff like this.
You know when you are balancing atop a rickity structure over flames playing the guitar? No? Then you aren’t Sacha Williams. It’s awesome and all but how can you top it? He did not move forward.
The aptly named Marty Putz uses the lowest form of comedy: Prop comedy. The stage was in chaos by the end and water was being flung on the judges. No bueno. Clearly he didn’t move forward.
Now this is more like it. This talented group of young folks sure know how to dance. When I was their age I could barely sway to music. They moved forward.
