‘AGT’ Ventriloquist Has EPIC Response To Rough Elimination
America’s Got Talent had a pretty good group for Judge Cuts this week, with a lot of acts who shined during auditions back to compete again. Unfortunately, not all of them managed to top themselves in their second performance. One such act was AGT ventriloquist Michael Paul, who has taken to social media to share his feelings on the whole experience.
Michael Paul’s Audition
We didn’t see much of Michael’s second performance, but we did see enough to know Simon wasn’t pleased with it. Michael has been a pretty good sport about the buzzer and subsequent elimination, though. He posted this funny music video on Twitter yesterday poking fun at the situation.
Michael Paul Video Response
Those who were disappointed we didn’t get to see more of his puppetry skills in this week’s episode will love this video!
On a more sincere note, Michael also posted a video on his YouTube Channel discussing the experience of being on the show and what it taught him. He was nervous for his Judge Cuts performance to air, knowing what happened. He was worried about being embarrassed after such a great response to his audition, but in the end he just decided to have fun with the experience of watching himself on TV.
As he said on Twitter, Michael is bound to a non-disclosure agreement and can’t discuss everything he’d like to. However, he is able to share a bit more about the experience on his website, along with some fun videos of him and other contestants. It seems like while not everything went the way he wanted, he was grateful for the experience. We think a lot of talent show contestants in a similar position could learn something from him.
