‘AGT’ Results: Two More Acts Go Through to the Season 18 Finals
Reading Time: 3 minutes
America’s Got Talent Season 18 returned on Wednesday night for the fourth results show of the season, as two acts made it to the Finals. At the end of the night, host Terry Crews announced that America had voted for Chibi Unity and Anna DeGuzman.
These two acts will join Lavender Darcangelo, Adrian Stoica & Hurricane, Ahren Belisle, Murmuration, Mzansi Youth Choir, and Putri Ariani in the Finals of Season 18. Wednesday’s episode also featured a performance from Season 17 finalist Drake Milligan.
Two Acts Move on in Fourth AGT Results Show
During Wednesday’s results show, Crews announced that the Top 5 acts after America’s vote were D’Corey Johnson, Chibi Unity, Zion Clark, Shadow Ace, and Anna DeGuzman. That was later narrowed down to the Top 3 — Chibi Unity, Shadow Ace, and Anna DeGuzman.
However, only two acts could move on to the finale. Those acts were Chibi Unity and Anna DeGuzman. Notably, one of the Chibi Unity dancers was injured in Tuesday’s performance and had to go to the hospital due to a torn ligament in his knee. He appeared on crutches during Wednesday’s show.
That means we had to say goodbye to nine acts from this week’s show — Puppet Simon & the Cow Belles, Roland Abante, Mariandrea, Orlando Leyba, Kylie Frey, Freedom Singers, D’Corey Johnson, Zion Clark, and Shadow Ace.
One particularly shocking elimination this week was Roland Abante. The singer delivered a stunning performance of “I Will Always Love You” on Tuesday, and the video has over a million views on YouTube. However, he didn’t even make it into the Top 5 according to America’s votes.

Simon Cowell Teases Spin-Off with Drake Milligan
During Wednesday’s results show, Season 17 finalist Drake Milligan took the stage to perform his new single “I Got a Problem.” After his performance, Simon Cowell congratulated the singer on his success. Milligan responded, “I told you I’d always come back for you, and here I am.”
Cowell then took the opportunity to tease an upcoming AGT spin-off show, saying, “We are about to announce another show. It is about America bringing back the best-ever contestants. So hopefully, I have a feeling maybe we’ll be seeing each other again soon.”
Cowell is likely referring to America’s Got Talent Fantasy League, an upcoming spin-off show where the fans are in charge of who goes through from the beginning. The show has yet to be officially announced, but fans can sign up to be notified about tickets when they’re available.
