‘AGT’ Judge Howie Mandel On Bathroom Attendants
Howie Mandel and I have some things in common including our shared dislike of bathroom attendants. Why is that still a thing? I have opened the door to a bathroom, seen that there is a bathroom attendant, and walked right back out. I’m not paying someone to do something for me that I can do for free. Howie’s tale of bathroom attendants in Las Vegas is everything.
We all know that Howie Mandel is a germaphobe and suffers from anxiety. During his appearance on The Ellen Show he spoke passionately about the need for better mental health care in America. So, I imagine that the bathroom attendant issue is even more acute for him. He doesn’t want someone touching his soap or towel. I’m not a germaphobe and I don’t want that either. His story is a cautionary tale of woe over why we, as a country, need to shut down the whole bathroom attendant thing.
I also feel bad for the bathroom attendants themselves. That’s horrible that we keep people in bathrooms all day and pay them crap, (no pun intended). Surely we can find some other worthwhile profession for these gentlemen that doesn’t involve hearing and smelling other men’s bathroom activity.
