America’s Got Talent alum Lindsey Stirling has released a new music video for her song “Snow Waltz,” off her new Christmas album of the same name. The clip combines both Halloween and Christmas, as Stirling plays her violin and dances.
Lindsey Stirling Releases “Snow Waltz” Video
The “Snow Waltz” video begins with a distinctly autumnal vibe, with shots of pumpkins and cobwebs. Stirling and her dancers are dressed in skeleton-inspired outfits. As the calendar changes from October 31 to November 1, they begin to retreat into their coffins.
But then a single snowflake falls, and things quickly turn Christmas-themed. Stirling and her dancers marvel at the decorations, which include Christmas trees and stockings. Still in their spooky attire, they dance around the unfamiliar setting as Stirling plays violin. A cute puppy in a bow even appears at one point.
On Friday, Stirling released her sixth studio album and second Christmas album, Snow Waltz. The project features the title track, as well as previous single “Ice Storm,” plus classics such as “Sleigh Ride” and “Deck the Halls.” Stirling is also embarking on a holiday tour starting November 17.
