Yiting Wu Performed A Kung Fu Routine On ‘Spain’s Got Talent’

Before her audition, Yiting was asked if her bright yellow outfit was inspired by the iconic yellow suit that Uma Thurman wears in the Kill Bill franchise. Yiting said that her yellow suit is actually inspired by martial artist Bruce Lee who wore a similar outfit in the movie Game of Death. In fact, the whole routine she performed had some major nods to the late karate master.

The judges were shocked when this adorable pint-sized kid announced that her talent is kung fu. She started off her routine demonstrating balance and focus with a bamboo stick. She twirled the stick around and did some very intricate movements before moving on to a sword. This routine was super fast-paced and required a ton of energy.

The sword had small pieces of fabric attached to it. Yiting threw kicks and jumped around the stage and ended the performance like a true kung fu master. She put her hand in a fist motion and gestured to the audience as if to tell them not to mess with her. It was pretty epic.

The judges praised her dedication and noted that they can see she takes her kung fu training very seriously. Yiting’s audition now has over 1.2 million views on YouTube. Though her act was a hit with the audience, she was not chosen to perform in the Live Shows.

Where Is She Now?

Though she did not make it far on Spain’s Got Talent, Yiting did not let that deter her from her kung fu training. She still attends kung fu lessons and truly is a master of her craft. In one video, she stood in the middle of a circle of children and showed off her skills.
