1. Chrissy’s Post About Losing Her Third Child, Jack.

Last September, Chrissy was hospitalized while pregnant with her third child due to bleeding. She said on Instagram that her placenta was “really, really weak.” Sadly, Chrissy and John ended up losing the baby, whom they had named Jack.

Chrissy shared the news on Instagram with a black-and-white photo of herself crying in her hospital bed. “We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before,” Chrissy wrote, adding, “On this darkest of days, we will grieve, we will cry our eyes out. But we will hug and love each other harder and get through it.”

2. Chrissy Marking Her Baby’s Due Date.

This week, Chrissy shared photos taken during a video shoot when she was 10 weeks into her third pregnancy. She said she was “not sure I’ll ever be able to watch that video again without sobbing but I hope he feels my tears and knows we miss him so.”

She added that Jack “would have been here any day now.” Chrissy also wrote, “I am so full of regret that I didn’t look at his face when he was born. I was so scared of seeing him in my nightmares that I forgot about seeing him in my dreams. I hurt every day from that remorse.”

3. Chrissy Teigen Mourning The Loss Of Her Dog Puddy.

In 2018, Chrissy’s dog Puddy passed away. She posted a tribute to him on Instagram, saying she and John got him ten years before, in their first year of dating. “We are their entire lives and it is the greatest shame that they can only bless us with a short spark of time in ours,” she wrote of pets.

“I always knew I would lose a piece of me when he left us,” Chrissy added. “I feel the hole now. I will love you forever, my boy. My heart aches. Thank you so much for everything, everything.”

4. Chrissy Sharing Her Postpartum Depression Struggle.

In 2017, Chrissy shared that she suffered from postpartum depression after the birth of her daughter Luna. “I’ll just say it: I have post partum depression,” she wrote on Instagram, telling people about the essay she wrote for Glamour.

She thanked the magazine for “letting me share something that was eating me up inside for months and months.” Chrissy told her fans, “I’ve always felt genuinely close to all of you and I’m insanely relieved you now know something that has been such a huge part of me for so long.”

5. Chrissy Opening Up About Not Drinking Anymore.

In December, Chrissy posted a video of herself dancing on vacation. A fan told her they needed “whatever drugs you’re on,” to which Chrissy responded that she was four weeks sober.

She later posted an Instagram story about reading a book called Quit Like a Woman. “I was done with making an ass of myself in front of people (I’m still embarrassed), tired of day drinking and feeling like shit at 6, not being able to sleep,” she wrote, adding that she had “been sober ever since.”
