Who Do You Want to See Compete on Season 30 of ‘Dancing With the Stars’?
Season 30 of Dancing with the Stars will premiere this fall. Derek Hough, Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli, and Len Goodman will return to the judging panel along with Tyra Banks as host. We’ve been dreaming about who might be competing for the mirror ball trophy this year, so we asked DWTS fans who they want to see take the stage. Check out this list of the top contenders.
1. Olivia Rodrigo
The former Disney Channel star turned pop star burst into 2021 with instant classics such as “Drivers License.” Fans are so obsessed with her catchy tunes that they’d love to see her dance moves taken to the next level!
2. Lebron James
Is there anything King James can’t do? Not only is he one of the greatest basketball players in the world, he’s a philanthropist, father, and now actor. James’ rendition of Space Jam hits theaters this summer leaving fans wondering if a TV spot is next for the icon.
Fresh off their stint on The Masked Singer, any member (or all three??) of Hanson would be a perfect addition to Dancing with the Stars. The three brothers have been in the music business for decades and continue to diversify with new projects. Maybe it’s time they give dancing a try.
4. Bella Poarch
Ok, who didn’t fall in love with “Build a B*itch” when they first heard it? This is the feminist anthem 2021 needed. I’m not sure where Bella Poarch has been hiding, but fans can’t seem to get enough. She busts out some moves in her music videos, so let’s see what else she’s got!
TBH I’d watch an entire season of Dancing with the Stars with just the members of BTS competing against each other. And there’s enough of them to make it happen! The K-Pop group brings dance to every performance, so a spot on DWTS doesn’t seem too far-fetched.
6. Paula Abdul
A true dancing queen, Paula Abdul’s spot on Dancing with the Stars is long overdue. It’s possible the former Idol judge is simply overqualified to compete. She’s judged everything from The Masked Dancer to So You Think You Can Dance. Would it even be fair to have her competing with mere-mortals?
7. Addison Rae
The TikTok dancer has some major moves, and it seems fans want more! Could the 20-year-old show off her skills on a bigger screen to an even bigger audience?
Even more fans think the thirtieth season should be reserved for another All-Stars lineup, which would likely be filled with major talent perfect for the historic season.
Hough recently told Kelly Clarkson that he’d return as a competitor only if he could have Celine Dion as his partner. Honestly, that pairing gives us goosebumps. Who else would you like to see take to the dance floor during Dancing with the Stars Season 30? Let us know in the comments below and be sure to tune in to see your favorite stars dance it out this fall on ABC.
