What to Expect During’LEGO Masters’ Demolition Derby

Did anyone miss watching LEGO Masters last week? Instead of it’s usual Tuesday episode, FOX aired the MLB All-Star Game from Coors Field in its place. Thankfully, the show returns tonight, July 20, at its normal time for the “Demolition Derby” episode.
Tonight’s Episode of ‘LEGO Master’s is an Epic ‘Demolition Derby’
The description for this weeks episode is: “Contestants must build an exact replica of Will Arnett‘s Lego Lamborghini from memory; contestants enter a Demolition Derby battle, in which each team must build a wild, remote-controlled concept car that fights it out against the others.”
The sixth episode is going to be insane. Each week, the challenges get harder and really put the teams to the test. In last week’s episode, the teams had to build floating masterpieces on a LEGO technic brick suspended from a cable. The Masked Singer judge Ken Jeong made a cameo in this episode.
Mark and Steven won the challenge with their floating gnome forest. They earned the Golden Brick, which was reintroduced into the competition. Randall & Syreeta were eliminated from the competition after their hot air balloon creation did not measure up.
Which Teams Are Still Left in the Competition?
There are eight teams left in the competition. With Mark and Steven holding the Golden Brick, they have the chance to have immunity in a future challenge. The teams are as follows:
- Brothers Zack and Wayne
- Brothers Mark and Steven
- Friends Natalie and Michelle
- Married couple Maria and Philip
- Friends Susan and Jen
- Friends Dave and Richard
- Brothers Caleb and Jacob
- Siblings Bryan and Lauren
Last season of LEGO Masters had a total of 10 episodes. There were only 10 teams competing in that season compared to this season’s initial group of 12, meaning we’re already halfway through the season. A winner will likely be crowned by the end of the summer. Who do you think will win?
