Blake Shelton Steals Jay Allen from Gwen Stefani on ‘The Voice’
Stefani teamed up her artists Cara Brindisi and Jay Allen to sing “Leather and Lace” by Stevie Nicks and Don Henley. Both artists gave strong performances, but Stefani ultimately chose to keep Cara on her team.
At first, it seemed like Jay would have to go home. However, Stefani hit her button to save him and keep him on her team. Just as she was talking about why she wanted to save Jay, Shelton hit his button to try and steal him. “What a jerk!” Stefani said in response.
She said she was “so mad” that Shelton would do that. To make matters worse, Jay chose to join Shelton’s team instead of staying on Team Gwen. He explained that he wanted to join Team Blake as a country artist, even though he opted not to join Shelton’s team in the Blind Auditions.
Stefani continued to talk about the situation as the episode continued, first saying Shelton would “pay for that later” and then saying Jay would regret his decision. She said was “mortified” and joked that she would have to spend the night at Camila Cabello’s house.

Camila Cabello Steals Team Blake’s Jaeden Luke
Monday’s show also featured a great Battle between Team Blake’s Jaeden Luke and Bodie on a stripped-down version of Justin Bieber’s “As Long as You Love Me.” Camila Cabello flirted with Jaeden after the performance, calling him her boyfriend. The pair were similarly flirtatious in Jaeden’s Blind Audition.
So it made total sense that, after Shelton chose to keep Bodie on his team, Cabello hit her button to steal Jaeden for her team. However, she had some competition, as Stefani also hit her button. Jaeden chose to join Team Camila, saying, “I can’t say no to my girlfriend.”
After being rejected twice during Monday’s show, Stefani finally had something go right for her at the end of the episode, after Destiny Leigh and Justin Aaron sang a powerhouse duet of “No More Drama” by Mary J. Blige. She chose to keep Justin on her team, but she surprised Destiny by saving her.
The timing was as delayed as Shelton’s steal earlier in the show, as Stefani waited until after she hugged Destiny goodbye to hit her button. She complimented the singer’s nails, telling her that “she’s gotta be on Team Gwen.”
The Voice Season 22 will return with the next round of Battles on Tuesday night at 8/7c on NBC.
Here what I think that fight on voice was one of the scariest sense specially on public Television Gwen started it I can imagine how Blake feels. She needs consulting with a marriage counselor. I have to agree with Blake, but I have sn idea Blake and Gwen isn’t compatible they have to different worlds.
