‘The Voice’ Coach Adam Levine Gives Update on Life, New Album

Maroon 5 Frontman and The Voice coach Adam Levine captured the hearts of many beginning in the early 2000s. Now, there are three women in his life who have won his heart. Adam Levine Offers Inside Look into His Life
In a recent interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe, Levine shared that he enjoys spending time listening to music with his four-year-old daughter Dusty Rose. According to Levine, she shares his love of early 2000s-era music, like Avril’s Lavigne’s 2002 single “I’m With You.” To Levine, “…it was just part of what you had on the radio.” Now, he gets to share that music and appreciation with his children.
If you were worried about the future of Maroon 5, don’t be. In the interview, Levine said that he and his bandmates used quarantine to “…just kind of experiment and then try different things.”
It seems to me that quarantine would be no better time to get creative and think outside the box.
Maroon 5 Announces New Album ‘JORDI’
On April 29, Maroon 5 announced that a new album is on the way. Their seventh studio album, JORDI, is set for release on June 11. A special pre-order for fans kicked off April 29.
In December 2017, Jordan Feldstein, Maroon 5’s manager, Levine’s childhood friend and Jonah Hill’s older brother, died unexpectedly at his home in Beverly Hills. It is suspected that JORDI is in memoriam of him.
JORDI will feature the band’s latest hit single “Beautiful Mistakes” featuring Megan Thee Stallion. When it hit radio platforms, it was the #1 most added at Top 40 and Hot AC. It is currently #13 at Top 40 and #6 on Hot AC.
A prime example of Maroon 5’s productivity is their recent collaboration with the “Body-ody-ody” singer herself, Megan Thee Stallion.
Levine shared he believed Megan Thee Stallion was a very versatile artist and great addition to the track. The song showcases both Maroon 5 and Megan Thee Stallion’s range with this new direction and sound.
Levine seems to be balancing fatherhood and his career very well.
