The Kelly Clarkson Show Nominated for Daytime Emmys
This is the fourth year Clarkson’s talk show has been nominated at the Daytime Emmys, and this year marks the most nominations it’s had at once. That includes another nod for Outstanding Talk Series, as well as nominations for writing, directing, music direction, lighting, camera work, editing, sound, hair and makeup, and art direction.
Clarkson is up against Drew Barrymore, Sherri Shepherd, Tamron Hall, and Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest in the Outstanding Daytime Talk Series Host category. The Voice coach has won in the previous category, Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show Host, three times already. Will she add a fourth trophy to her shelf this year?
On Wednesday, The Kelly Clarkson Show shared a video on Instagram showing Clarkson excitedly reacting to the 11 nominations on the show’s set. As she said, “Congratulations to our whole team!”
