The Best Looks at The ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ FYC 2022 Event

The RuPaul’s Drag Race season 14 queens showed up in style to the show’s recent for Drag Race FYC event. Here’s a list of my favorite looks from this recent event.
RuPaul’s Drag Race season 14 queens celebrated the Emmy Award-winning show at a party on Thursday night. Willow Pill, Kornbread “The Snack” Jeté, Bosco, Angeria Paris VanMichaels, Daya Betty, Lady Camden, Jasmine Kennedie, and Kerri Colby walked the red carpet, then performed individual lip sync routines at the event.
For those who don’t know, RuPaul’s Drag Race celebrated their first FYC (for your consideration) event in 2019. These events are held by Emmy Award eligible programs as a way to show off their series to voters. Since bold looks and lip syncing are the biggest parts of RuPaul’s Drag Race, it’s no surprise it’s the majority of the event.
6. Angeria Paris VanMichaels
This white dress was such a good look on Angeria. While it isn’t my favorite from the event, I love the hair, makeup, and accessories. Her looks were always larger than life on the series itself, so I felt like this look was too reserved for her.
5. Bosco
Bosco absolutely slayed her red carpet look. She channeled her inner Michelle Visage with a fluffy black and gray hair look. The inspiration was so noticeable that Bosco actually captioned a photo “Michelle’s S15 stunt double looks great here.” As per usual, this queen absolutely rocked the elongated cat eye.
4. Kerri Colby
This is by far one of my favorite Kerri Colby looks. The chunky highlights and makeup are giving total Y2K vibes and I’m totally here for it. Fans are loving this look because her hair features each color of the transgender pride flag.
3. Lady Camden
Lady Camden brought rock and roll into the world of RuPaul’s Drag Race for their FYC event. This drag star appeared with a hot pink mullet and graphic-art makeup to match. She totally looked fierce in this outfit.
2. Willow Pill
America’s Next Drag Superstar attended the event in a super trendy zebra print long-sleeve bodycon dress, featuring a black accent dress on top. Even though this is a bit of a dark look for Willow, she looked so good! I love how her accessories and makeup matched the darkness of the outfit itself.
1. Jasmine Kennedie
My favorite look of the night was none other than Jasmine Kennedie. This queen took the red carpet in a short, fluffy, lingerie dress. Everything about this look was working for her, she looked stunning!
