Pregnant Jenna Johnson Talks DWTS Return
“You know what, so when I had to have the call and tell them that I was pregnant, I gave them the option, I’m down, give me someone, give me the old guy, I’ll do it. I can still do it!” Johnson told Entertainment Tonight of her possible return to the ballroom.
However, she’s still not sure if it’s a good idea. She shared that she’s been “more inspired than ever” during her pregnancy, but she added that she’ll be “pretty far along” when DWTS returns in the fall. She explained, “I think safety-wise, it’s best I don’t. But my mind is like, ‘Oh yeah I could do it.'”
She also shared that Chermkovskiy has been encouraging her to take it easy during the pregnancy. In Johnson’s pregnancy announcement on Instagram, she shared that she’s due in January of next year.

The Couple Is Keeping the Baby’s Sex a Secret
During their interview with ET at the 2022 ESPY Awards on Wednesday night, the couple shared that they already know the sex of the baby, but they’re not sharing it publicly right now.
“We found out while we were on vacation on the beach, it was the most euphoric moment, but we’re going to keep it a little bit of a secret for a minute,” Johnson explained.
The Season 30 runner-up recently shared video of her reaction to finding out she was pregnant. She wrote that she and Chmerkovskiy had actually stopped trying to conceive for six months “to mentally/emotionally give ourselves a break.”
Johnson added that their journey trying to have a baby “wasn’t an easy one,” saying they faced “two years of infertility, and hundreds of negative tests after negative tests.” She said she would share more later.
