Nikki Bella, Artem Chigvintsev Announce That They’ve Tied the Knot

Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev are officially married after tying the knot in a Paris wedding last week. The couple, who has a son together, first met when Bella competed on Dancing with the Stars Season 25 in 2017.

On Monday, the couple posted about their wedding on Instagram, sharing a photo of their rings followed by a shot of them on a boat in Paris, looking away from the camera toward the Eiffel Tower. Bella is wearing a white off-the-shoulder dress in the shot.
According to E! News, the ceremony took place on August 26 and was attended by a small group of friends and family, including their 2-year-old son Matteo. Fans can get an inside look at the wedding in an upcoming four-part E! special called Nikki Bella Says I Do, premiering early 2023.
The special will reportedly document their wedding planning process, including worries that Chigvintsev’s family wouldn’t be able to make it from Russia to attend the nuptials. The couple wrote on Instagram that they “can’t wait to share the entire journey with you all.”

The Couple Got Engaged in 2019
After meeting in 2017 when they competed together on Dancing with the Stars, Bella and Chigvintsev didn’t start dating until 2019. Before that, Bella broke up with her ex-fiancé John Cena in 2018. They had been dating since 2012.
Bella and Chigvintsev announced their engagement in January 2020. They also announced they were expecting a baby together. Matteo was born in July 2020. Bella and her twin sister Brie gave birth just one day apart.
Earlier this year, Bella served as a judge on AGT: Extreme. In January, Chigvintsev had to leave the DWTS Live tour due to pneumonia. Bella shared an update the next month, saying he was “feeling great.” Last season, Chigvintsev placed sixth with celebrity partner Melora Hardin.
