Nick Jonas, Priyanka Chopra Celebrate Daughter Malti Marie’s Birthday

Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra just celebrated their little princess’ second birthday. Their daughter, Malti Marie, recently turned two years old, and the proud parents threw a vibrant Elmo-themed birthday party to mark the special day.

On Instagram, the Jonas brother shared a series of snaps from the birthday bash they threw for Mali in Los Angeles. The party looked colorful, mimicking the vibe of the famous children television series, Sesame Street.
“Our little angel is 2 years old,” he wrote.
Malti appeared like an adorable princess with her pink sweater printed with hearts. She also wore a pink tiara and heart-shaped sunglasses, looking completely cute.
In one slide from Jonas’ carousel post, Malti can be seen smiling at Elmo with her dad. Another photo showed Jonas and Chopra smiling at the camera, wearing red and orange hoodies for the fun occasion.
Other slides showed their visitors posing for a photo, including the Jonas Brothers and their close friends. Frankie Jonas also attended the party alongside his girlfriend Anna Olson.
Aside from meeting Elmo in real life, Malti also enjoyed an Elmo-themed birthday cake.
Chopra also paid tribute to her daughter on her own Instagram account. Like her husband, the actress uploaded a carousel of images from the celebration. The post included a photo of Malti in a special ceremony ar Malibu Hindu Temple.
“She is our miracle. And she is 2,” she wrote.
The couple announced Malti’s birth in January 2022. In May of that year, they revealed that their baby spent 100 days in the NICU.
“After 100 plus days in the NICU, our little girl is finally home. Every family’s journey is unique and requires a certain level of faith, and while ours was a challenging few months, what becomes abundantly clear, in retrospect, is how precious and perfect every moment is,” Chopra wrote.
They Recently Had a Family Vacation in Mexico
Ahead of 2024, the family of three seized a tropical trip in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The Love Again star shared a carousel of photos on Instagram, showing a peek of their intimate vacation.
In the first slide, Chopra was kneeling in the sand next to her husband who’s gazing at the camera while holding Malti. Another photo also showed the three bonding during sunset.
“Took some time to feed my soul. 2023 had me spent.. maybe I still am. Here’s to a 2024 highlighted by peace, respite, family, love, joy and community. Hold your loved ones close. We are very lucky if we can. Happy new year,” she wrote.
Previously, Chopra opened up that motherhood has been making her feel overwhelmed.
“But you have to check yourself, and I check myself with my family. I look at [my daughter’s] smile, and I’m like, ‘Okay, okay. I’m doing good so far,'” she said. “It’s the greatest thing I’ve ever done, but it’s extremely scary.”
