The Masked Singer host Nick Cannon is once again making headlines for his 12 children. This time, the announcement is not in regard to welcoming another baby, instead, it’s about seeing firsthand how he parents his 12 children.
Nick Cannon Secures Netflix Docuseries
TV host, actor and hip-hop artist Nick Cannon has officially secured the series people want to see, how he father’s 12 children, on top of being a celebrity. In case you may have missed it, Cannon broke the internet multiple times due to his non traditional parenting style. The actor who welcomed five children in 2022 alone, has faced tons of controversy due to his choice of welcoming multiple children with different women.
The Netflix series is set to feature The Masked Singer host as a father figure. Cannon’s new docuseries does not have a name at this time. It is anticipated to be released this winter.
According to the streaming network, the series is set to examine Cannon’s “wildly unconventional life” featuring his 12 children and six different mothers.
“Prepare to meet the Cannon the world has yet to see: heartfelt, complicated, and genuinely committed to showing up for the people he loves — with his trademark comedy, of course,” Netflix stated in a press release.
The streaming service also strives to show both “million-dollar meetings” and “midnight diaper runs.” Producers of the series previously worked on Netflix dating series’ Age of Attraction and Love Island USA.
He Has a Crazy Dating History
Nick Cannon has some of the most public dating history in the past couple of years, due to his dozen children. He was first linked to Mariah Carey, whom he married in 2008. She gave birth to twins in 2011, then the couple separated in 2014. They eventually divorced two years later.
He has never re-married and now has a consensual non-monogamy relationship with multiple women. In 2026, he has children with model Brittany Bell, model Alyssa Scott, radio personality Abby De La Rosa, model/realtor Bre Tiesi, and model LaNisha Cole. Additionally, Cannon had a son, born to Scott, whom died of brain cancer at five months old.
Throughout the years, Cannon’s ability to father has been a topic of conversation in entertainment news. Due to the nature of the controversy, it can be assumed that the docuseries would bring in numbers for the streamer. Many people love-to-hate Cannon and are curious about his habits as a parent.
