Mira Sorvino Reportedly Joins Dancing with the Stars
Entertainment Tonight reports that Sorvino will be competing in the ballroom during the upcoming season. The news has yet to be announced by Sorvino or the show, which doesn’t comment on casting rumors.
Sorvino is the daughter of late actor Paul Sorvino, who passed away last year. She’s perhaps best known for her role in the 1997 comedy movie Romy and Michele’s High School Reunion, alongside Friends star Lisa Kudrow.
The actress also famously starred in the 1995 film Mighty Aphrodite, for which she won an Academy Award. More recently, she starred as Monica Lewinsky’s mother Marcia Lewis on Impeachment: American Crime Story.
According to ET, the full cast of celebrities and pro dancers for Season 32 will be announced on Wednesday, September 13. An exact premiere date for the new season has yet to be announced.

The Show Has Confirmed Two Contestants
So far, DWTS has confirmed two celebrity contestants who will be competing in Season 32. The first is Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix. Judge Derek Hough announced the news on Good Morning America in July.
Then last week, it was announced that The Bachelorette star Charity Lawson would also be joining the cast. It’s a bit of a tradition at this point for DWTS to welcome a Bachelor or Bachelorette star to the ballroom, since both shows air on ABC.
