Former couple Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval have reportedly settled their legal issues nearly three years after their very public split on Vanderpump Rules. The exes have apparently reached an agreement over the sale of their home.
Ariana Madix, Tom Sandoval Settle Legal Issues
According to Page Six, Ariana Madix recently filed a notice of settlement regarding the case with Tom Sandoval. Dismissal of the case is reportedly “conditional,” requiring “the satisfactory completion of specified terms” within 30 days.
The legal battle between the exes stems from Madix’s 2024 lawsuit against Sandoval to force the sale of their Los Angeles home, which they bought in 2019 for $2 million. She requested “equitable allocation of the proceeds of sale.” However, Sandoval wanted to keep the house, offering Madix $3.1 million in cash for it.
Sandoval reportedly claimed that Madix refused his offer for “petty” reasons. The couple will apparently meet again on February 5 for a final status conference regarding the case. They will have to go to trial on February 17 if Sandoval doesn’t hold up his end of the agreement.
Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval started dating in 2014. In March 2023, they confirmed their split, the details of which played out for all to see on Bravo’s reality series Vanderpump Rules. The drama earned the nickname “Scandoval.”
The couple’s split was sparked by the discovery of Sandoval’s affair with their co-star Rachel “Raquel” Leviss. The pair lived together in their shared home for two months after breaking up, before Madix moved out in May 2023.
Both stars went on to appear in other reality shows. Sandoval was a contestant on The Masked Singer and later America’s Got Talent, while Madix was a finalist on Season 32 of Dancing with the Stars and became the host of Love Island USA in 2024.
