Miley Cyrus Announces Lineup for New Year’s Eve Special
Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party will feature appearances by 24kGoldn, Anitta, Billie Joe Armstrong, Brandie Carlile, Jack Harlow, Kitty Ca$h, and Saweetie. According to a press release, there will also be some other surprises during the show, so we’re interested to see who might show up.
In a promo for the upcoming special, Cyrus tells fans that she and Davidson will be hosting the show live from Miami. Davidson adds, “As long as I remember to show up.” Cyrus tells him, “You know I don’t love that joke. You’re gonna show up.”
Davidson also says something about riding a robot dragon through the roof, but Cyrus objects to that idea. When Davidson says that it’s “our show” and “would be so sick,” Cyrus replies that the show is really “more mine.”

When Can You Watch the New Year’s Eve Special?
Miley Cyrus and Pete Davidson will host the special live from 10:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. ET on NBC. The event will also be live-streamed on Peacock. The special is executive produced by Saturday Night Live creator Lorne Michaels.
“All these other shows, people are going to have on big coats. Everyone is going to be shaking and freezing and then I’m going to have no clothes on per usual,” Miley shared during a recent appearance on The Tonight Show. “He’ll be funny and I’ll be naked and together we’ll have a show.”
Cyrus isn’t the only one hosting a New Year’s special this year. Ken Jeong and Joel McHale will be on FOX, while Bobby Bones hosts an event from Nashville on CBS, and Ryan Seacrest helms New Year’s Rockin’ Eve on ABC. There will be plenty to watch as we ring in 2022.
