Mel B Reveals “Some Good News” for Spice Girls Fans is Coming Soon

Iconic girl group Spice Girls is gearing up for a reunion which will come a few weeks from now. Former Scary Spice Mel B recently revealed that they are working on a treat to make fans “100 percent satisfied.”
Mel B Says Good Spice Girls News Will Be Revealed in “About a Few Weeks”
In her latest interview with Today with Hoda & Jenna, the musician talked about her upcoming involvement with the iconic Spice Girls. Mel B confirmed that there will be some sort of reunion in a few weeks. Here’s a more thrilling detail about this upcoming project — all members of the phenomenal pop group are game.
“Well, I’ve been saying this forever, but now we’re actually going to be releasing some really good news in about a few weeks that involves all five of us,” she said.
The effort to coordinate all of their schedule to make the reunion happen didn’t come across as easy. According to the musician, such can be accounted to their having “five different diaries” and their being parents.
“It’s going to be the gift that keeps on giving, without saying too much about it,” she said. “I’m going to get myself into so much trouble.”
While Mel B refused to be clear with the details of the reunion, but she promises that their fans will not regret witnessing it.
Mel B also tapped on the Spice Girls historical stamps. For those who may not know, postal service Royal Mail marked the 30th anniversary of the band’s formation by dedicating an entire stamp collection to them.
“It’s massive for the Royal Mail. Usually it’s the Queen and the King, and now you’ve got the Spice Girls, a girl group on there, which doesn’t seem to make sense but it makes sense to us,” she said.
The 10 main stamps contain their performance images from the 1997 Brit awards. The collection also features some of their headlining shows and their reunion for the closing ceremony of the London 2012 Olympics.
She Says Victoria Beckam Designed Her Dress for Her Wedding
Elsewhere in the interview, Mel B revealed that fellow Spice Girls alumna Victoria Beckham will serve as her designer for her upcoming nuptials. For those who may not know, the AGT: Fantasy League judge is marrying fiancé Rory McPhee.
“Victoria actually designed my dress and my mom’s dress,” she said. “It’s such a beautiful honor to get.”
According to the “Wannabe” hitmaker, she plans on having multiple dresses on her wedding day. Mel B, in fact, wants to wear at least three dresses as she thinks it’s not fair to just have one.
“I’m going to really go for it,” she continued. “One to actually get married in, which is the proper ceremony — very proper at this church, St. Paul’s [Cathedral]. And then maybe I want to change out of that and be a bit more less… You know, I actually don’t know!”
Mel B and McPhee will be marrying each other at St Paul’s Cathedral in London, United Kingdom in 1981.
