Mel B Tells Howie Mandel There Are Plans for a Spice Girls Reunion

Mel B was recently a guest on the podcast Howie Mandel Does Stuff, where she told her fellow America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League judge about plans for a Spice Girls reunion and spilled about her upcoming wedding.
Mel B Tells Howie Mandel About Spice Girls Reunion
During the conversation, Mandel asked Mel if the Spice Girls are coming back together. She responded that yes, all five of them are coming back together for something. However, she added, “I can’t tell you more about it, because it’s not been properly announced.”
“I can’t say it yet, but we have all signed. But we can’t say anything yet. But it will be good,” Mel shared later in the episode. “It’s five of us, and we’re doing something together. All five. Like, in 2019, it was four. Now it’s five.”
When Mandel asked if they’re writing new music, Mel initially got quiet. She teased, “There’s lots of stuff, and we’re gonna do it.” She also had an interesting response when Mandel brought up the possibility of a documentary about the group’s songwriting process.
Mel touched her nose with one hand and pointed at Mandel with the other. She wouldn’t confirm if a documentary is in the works, but she did say, “It’s gonna be good.”

The Star Also Talked About Her Wedding
Last year, Mel got engaged to Rory McPhee. She told Mandel about her wedding plans, explaining that they haven’t set a date yet because she’s planning to have the wedding at a very special location. This is “one of the perks” of her Member of the Order of the British Empire honor.
Mel said she’s getting married “where Princess Diana got married.” She later called it St. John’s Cathedral. However, Princess Diana got married in St. Paul’s Cathedral, so she might have gotten the name wrong.
“I’m gonna have lots of gowns, I think,” Mel said of her plans for what to wear at the nuptials. One of them will apparently be designed by fellow Spice Girls star Victoria Beckham. “You don’t wanna be in the same gown for the whole entire day.”
