Meet The Voices of Hope Children’s Choir, Children with Uplifting Voices on ‘AGT All-Stars’

The Voice of Hope Children’s Choir performs inspiring music in order to boost the spirits of all who hear it. The non-profit choir showcased their incredible talent on AGT with a cause and a clear goal in mind. Whether that goal is to win America’s Got Talent All Stars or something else, they are sure to deliver unforgettable performances.
They Are Golden Buzzer Recipients
One of the 60 acts competing on AGT All-Stars is the Voices of Hope Children’s Choir. This choir is made up of dozens of youngsters ranging in age from 5 to 17. The choir’s goal in singing is to elevate the spirits of everyone who listen while also teaching good self-esteem and collaboration. One song at a time, they aspire to transform the world.
They competed on AGT season 13, where they received the Golden Buzzer at the judge cuts from guest judge Ken Jeong. The coveted Golden Buzzer sent them straight to the Semifinals but ultimately failed to advance past that.
They sang “Defying Gravity,” from Wicked on the first week of the semi-finals but did not advance. The Voices of Hope Children’s Choir then returned to the stage as a guest in 2019 to perform with Tokio Myers, the season 11 winner of Britain’s Got Talent.
The Choir is Led By a Capable Member
Voices of Hope Children’s Choir member Sarah Granpre will be the one leading the group to achieve its success. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Vocal Performance and Music Education and has been on several television shows.
“If you had told me when I was 21 that my biggest passion project was going to be directing a children’s choir, I would have been so surprised,” Granpre said. “I graduated from college, and I was going to pursue a solo singing career.”
She presently teaches musical theater technique at California State University, Fullerton. Granpre is also a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing. She also mentioned finding her calling in the form of this children’s choir. They are competitors that deserve the Golden Buzzer, and also stands a chance to claim the big win on AGT All-Stars.
