I may not be able to predict the future, but The Masked Singer season 8 is shaping up to be epic! With a brand new format and 22 contestants this season, we’ll see more reveals than ever before. And does that mean we’ll have bigger celebrities than ever too? Chances are high!
But there is one contestant on season 8 who may be able to predict the future, and that’s the Fortune Teller! But will they be able to take home the Golden Mask? And who is the celebrity behind the Fortune Teller? Here’s what we know so far.
Clues on The Masked Singer Season 8
First of all, this is one of the most elaborate costumes so far, so probs to The Masked Singer team for creating it! As far as clues go, we only got one ahead of the premiere through Instagram. The Fortune Teller’s mask-ray clue was an hourglass. Then as he walked out, we got a clue that said he “avoids storms.”
When his clues started, he said “growing up and watching TV in Queens,” he had visions of being a big music king. He’s on the set of a show called “What’s Your Fortune?” with a crowd cheering and a big wheel. One of the Men in Black is DJ’ing. Fortune Teller claims he wasn’t the best singer, so he tried to make it as a dancer. We see a business card that says “FORTUNE TELLER FOR HIRE” held up. Then, he says he got beat out by Jermaine Dupri.
With the help of his mom, Fortune Teller found a “unique way to break into the industry,” he mentions while a wheel spins and lands on “JACKPOT.” Everyone wanted “a dash” of him in their music videos. One of the Men in Black opens a silver briefcase to show an angel statue and money. Next, an “unusual offer” came in while he was “keeping up with the Kardashians.” If it wasn’t for them, he might’ve missed out. “That kid from Queens moved on up,” he closes on. After his performance, Jodie Sweetin from Full House delivered a clue, a box that said “NEW YORK FRESH PIZZA DOUGH.”
Popular Guesses for The Masked Singer Fortune Teller
The panelists got right to their guesses after the clues were revealed! Jenny predicted maybe Steve Harvey, P Diddy, or the “FoodGod” Jonathan Cheban. Robin agreed with her last prediction. Ken dropped Daymond John from Shark Tank as a potential option, while Nicole said Ryan Seacrest. Fans online thought the Fortune Teller could be Daymond John, Buddy Valestro from Cake Boss, Scott Disick, Tony Danza, or Alfonso Ribiero.
