Male Strippers Have The Crowd Going Wild On ‘Asia’s Got Talent’ [VIDEO]
In 2017, a group called the Stripboys had the Asia’s Got Talent audience swooning with their audition. Judge Anggun also enjoyed their performance.
The male strippers from the Philippines showed off a fun routine involving bath towels. Check it out in the video below, and read on to find out what the judges thought of their audition.
Stripboys Audition For ‘Asia’s Got Talent’
The Stripboys started their audition in white bathrobes and boots. Judge Anggun was very excited to see what they were about to do. The five men proceeded to remove their robes and cover themselves with their white towels.
They performed a synchronized dance routine that had the audience screaming. Eventually, they dropped their towels to reveal black underwear. The men showed off some pretty impressive acrobatic moves as they used the towels to flip each other in the air.
There was a bit of a wardrobe malfunction when one of the dancers ripped off the outer layer of his underwear to reveal a tinier pair underneath. He ended up getting the fabric caught, prompting Anggun to say, “I can help!”
What Did The Judges Think Of The Audition?
Anggun said she was “super entertained” by the Stripboys’ performance. Jay Park said it wasn’t his “favorite concept,” although he added that it was “something new.”
David Foster said he would have preferred it with women, but he called it “good, clean fun.” All three of the judges voted “yes” to sending the group through, although David asked them to include a woman next time.
“For us it’s really about trying to do something that’s out of your comfort zone,” the group explained after their performance. “Something that’s not usual.” They added that their act is about “our hearts being stripped off for you guys to feel.”
