Little Mix Split From Simon Cowell After Employee Left ‘In Tears’

Simon Cowell‘s relationship with Little Mix has never been easy. Put simply, the two parties have never gotten along. New details reveal that the management company behind Little Mix failed to maintain a relationship with Cowell-owned Syco.
Simon Cowell’s Syco Employee Left ‘In Tears’
A source revealed to The Sun that Cowell’s Syco was at odds with Little Mix’s management group, Modest.
“Syco had always enjoyed a great relationship with Modest Management,” the source said. “But things seemed to sour when a female Syco worker said she had been left very upset following a meeting with Modest. She claimed she had later been in tears. Feelings were clearly running very high at the time. Syco bosses later decided that they wouldn’t work together again.”

Syco and Modest have a history of working together, helping to form and manage former X Factor groups, One Direction and Rak Su.
The source continued: “There had been disagreements between Simon and Little Mix before that point – specifically because the girls were not given a writing credit on one of their singles, Woman Like Me.”
When asked to comment on Little Mix in 2019, Cowell admitted he does not speak to the popular girl group.
“I wish them well and I hope they wish me well because, look, they helped us. We made each other,” he said.
Just last year, Cowell and Little Mix faced each other in another feud over the timings of each of their own group-focused talent shows. Cowell, after hearing of Little Mix’s new group show in 2019, decided to push his X Factor version forward.
X Factor: The Band aired in 2019 with Little Mix’s BBC alternative, The Search airing in September of 2020.
Modest Management Previously Under Fire
This is not the first time Modest Management has caught themselves in a headline this year.
Back in April, X Factor contestants, Jedward, blasted the management group on Twitter saying: “There’s nothing MODEST about their previous management dictating their every move from Relationships to how they live their own lives! Justice for 1D & Little Mix”
