YouTube Charlotte Awbery was once an ordinary Londoner. Now, she’s a viral sensation. After a clip of her singing on the London subway went VIRAL, she recently took to the Ellen Show stage. This might just be 2020’s most heartwarming moment.

In a clip that’s now gone viral, this ‘Finish The Lyric Challenge’ video is beyond any of our expectations. Charlotte Awbery was traveling on the London Tube when she was caught off guard by a social media filmmaker. The man behind the camera, Kevin asked Awbery to finish the lyrics to Lady Gaga’s ‘Shallow’.
Charlotte didn’t take a moment to question anything and launched into a powerful rendition of the song. Within seconds, she was off on her travels. However, since the video went widely viral, The Ellen Show invited the singer from the UK onto the show to sing the song in full.
Ellen partnered with Shutterfly to gift Charlotte with £10,000 and free travel on the London Tube for a whole year. That alone has saved Awbery on around £1,000 worth of travel!
