On Instagram, the DWTS season 30 winner compiled a few clips of her childbirth situation into a video to share tidbits of her pregnancy experience. According to Karagach, she was about to get labor induction when her water suddenly broke.
Apparently, while others are understandably nervous, Karagach was rather excited. The professional dancer said she didn’t feel panicky before delivery, although she was particularly afraid of needles.
“Not gonna lie, I was so excited!! Haha it was finally happening!” she wrote. “We drove to the hospital and checked in right away. To be honest, I was never scared of the delivery process. The scariest part for me about this whole thing was getting the IV in my arm.”
Karagach then stated that after her contractions began, her body started “picking up like crazy.” The DWTS pro mentioned that it took some time for her body to dilate, but after a solid 12 hours, the doctor gave her the go signal to “push.”
“Pash grabbed one leg and the nurse grabbed the other,” she wrote. “After 10 min of pushing baby girl was earth side at 8:55pm. As they laid her on my chest, I felt a sea of emotions and couldn’t believe she was all ours.”
Reflecting after labor, Karagach stated that she’s “falling so deep in love” with their little family. Furthermore, the dancer mentioned that she couldn’t picture the day of her delivery any better. She then concluded her post, thanking Nikita for choosing her and husband Pasha Pashkov as her mom and dad.

In the same post, Karagach mentioned that Pashkov was the best for massaging her back and legs during the whole time. The dancing pro further expressed her appreciation for her husband during Father’s Day.
“To watch you become a dad was the greatest moment of our life together. Every time I see you hold our baby my heart feels like it’s going to burst,” she wrote.
Karagach then praised Pashkov, stating that he’s “the most amazing dad” and greeting him a happy first Father’s Day. In the comment section, Pashkov responded to his wife.
“Thank you for making our dream a reality. ILY,” he wrote.Â
Last June 11, Karagach posted their first walk as a family of three, enjoying Nikita’s stroller. According to the pro dancer, walking is now her absolute favorite hobby, especially with their new baby “bestie.”
