In a new U.K. music preview for 2026, Billboard touched on recent rumors that Harry Styles will release a new album this year. Last month, Styles surprised fans with a music video for “Forever, Forever” — an instrumental track he debuted live during the last stop on his Love On Tour in July 2023.
Billboard also reported that there is talk of a possible world tour from Styles this summer, including several dates at Wembley Stadium in London. If Styles really is gearing up to release new music, this would be his fourth studio album as a solo artist.
Styles’ last album, Harry’s House, was released in May 2022. It went on to win Album of the Year at the Grammys, and its lead single “As It Was” became a huge hit. Will his new project live up to its predecessor? We’ll have to wait and see.
News of a possible comeback for Styles is exciting, because the star has been laying pretty low since he wrapped up his tour in 2023. Last August, a fan on Reddit shared a recap of what the star has been up to during his hiatus.
In May of last year, he was spotted in Vatican City as Pope Leo XIV was elected. He also ran the Berlin Marathon in September of that year. The previous year, Styles joined Stevie Nicks on stage at BST Hyde Park in London.
Throughout his time off, Styles was also spotted at music festivals, fashion shows, and concerts. In August 2024, he attended his former One Direction bandmate Niall Horan’s concert in Manchester. Sadly, Styles and his bandmates also reunited for Liam Payne’s funeral in November 2024.
