‘DWTS’ Alums Heidi D’Amelio, Teresa Giudice Reunite for a Cooking Video

Dancing With The Stars alums Heidi D’Amelio and Teresa Giudice recently had a fun catch-up session. The two reunited to film a cooking content for Giudice’s YouTube channel, showing fans the process of making a delectable eggplant parm.
Heidi D’Amelio, Teresa Giudice Cook Eggplant Parmesan Together
After her fans’ numerous requests, Giudice has finally given in and decided to film an eggplant parmesan recipe video. For her Cook With Love episode, the tv personality tagged D’Amelio along to prepare the food with her.
“So excited for you the try my eggplant parm I made with @heididamelio,” she wrote on Instagram. “Everyone was asking for this recipe in the comments so I had to make it. I hope you enjoy!”
In the almost 30-minute video, Giudice guided D’Amelio about the recipe. The two even quipped that D’Amelio’s role in the cooking content is Giudice’s “sous chef.”
Furthermore, the duo talked about their loved ones, with The Real Housewives star gushing over the dynamics of her blended family. Meanwhile, D’Amelio shared some details about her kids Dixie and Charli, whom she cooks for everyday before they moved out.
In the comments, Giudice’s viewers were clearly happy to see her bond with a friend. One user particularly pointed out how good it is to see Giudice’s calm personality on screen.
“Another amazing episode. Love watching Teresa when she’s in a peaceful environment when she is not being attacked all the time it gives the viewers an opportunity to see what a good person she is,” the user wrote.
“Omg I did not expect to see Heidi on here, but they’re a cute duo!” another user wrote.
In the video, D’Amelio also praised Giudice for introducing recipes that are not intimidating for beginners. Giudice responded, saying that cooking should be “entertaining and fun,” rather than pressuring.
They Became Friends Because of Their Husbands
D’Amelio and Giudice also revealed how they became friends. The D’Amelio matriarch proceeded to explained that although they were both on DWTS, it became hard for them to communicate deeply.
“I’m excited to be here. I feel like when we met on Dancing With The Stars, it was so hectic,” D’Amelio said. “You were training here, right? I was in LA so we only saw each other really on the camera blocking days and show days.”
Apart from their connection on DWTS, their husbands paved way for the development of their close relationship. Louie Ruelas and Marc D’Amelio apparently became buddies first.
“Louie and Marc met, and they hit it off and once we were kinda done with the show, we got to hang out and that’s really whenever I feel like our friendship kind of blossomed,” D’Amelio said.
As seen in the video, the two obviously have plans to tighten their friendship better. For those who have watched the episode, it will not be a shock if they see the two families bonding together in Bahamas.
