Crash Adams auditions for 'America's Got Talent' 2025

America’s Got Talent Season 20 will return to NBC on Tuesday night, and the show has shared an early release audition to get fans excited for the new episode. The clip features a music duo called Crash Adams, who made the judges smile with their original song.

Crash Adams Perform in AGT Early Release Audition

Crash Adams is a pop duo from Toronto, Canada, made up of Rafaele “Crash” Massarelli and Vince “Adams” Sasso. They gained a following on TikTok before releasing their debut EP, titled California Girl, in 2023.

For their AGT audition, the duo took the stage to perform their original song “Optimist,” which earned a standing ovation from three out of the four judges. Mel B called it a “very catchy song,” while Howie Mandel told the duo they have “great stage presence” and predicted that the song will chart.

Sofia Vergara said she was dancing along to the track, and she appreciated the relationship between the musicians. However, she shared her wish for them to wear “more cool outfits.” All four judges voted “yes” to sending Crash Adams through in the competition.
