Christina Aguilera has a sexy new single out, and this time, she’s singing in Spanish. The former coach of The Voice just released a new song called “Pa Mis Muchachas,” which translates to “For My Girls” in English.
The track is a collaboration with fellow female vocalists Becky G, Nicki Nicole, and Nathy Peluso. The women appear in a new music video to go with the song, as Aguilera prepares her first Spanish-language album in over 20 years.

The new song shows off Aguilera’s powerhouse voice, backed by guitar. In the video, the singer and her collaborators attend a party at a mansion. Aguilera wears a black leather catsuit, showing off a fiery red hairstyle. There’s a tease at the end that the video’s story will be continued.
“’Pa Mis Muchachas’ embodies the spirit of being a strong woman and empowering other strong women; the track is paying tribute to the generations before us who made us who we are, and to the present-day women around us who are inspiring future generations,” Aguilera said in a statement. “This is also a song about owning who you are and accepting others free of judgment.”
Aguilera and her three collaborators composed the song with Kat Dahlia, Yasmil Marrufo, Jorge Luis Chacín, Yoel Henríquez. The music video, meanwhile, was filmed in Buenos Aires, Los Angeles, and Madrid.

Aguilera Will Release a New Spanish-Language Album
Aguilera is planning to release her first Spanish-Language album since Mi Reflejo in 2000. The singer, whose father is Ecuadorian, won a Latin Grammy for Best Female Pop Vocal Album and topped the charts for Latin Albums and Latin Pop Albums.
The singer teased the new release earlier this year, saying it was “about 20 years overdue.” She later told People magazine that the album was “a coming-full-circle moment for me,” adding that “there’s nothing like being around Latin musicians and artists, the energy they bring to the table, the love and the passion they just bring and exude.”
Aguilera said that the album will “dive deeper into my roots.” She also remembered Mi Reflejo, saying her voice hadn’t “fully matured” at that point, and now she’s bringing 20 years of experience to the table for this new record.
“I’m singing with deeper passion and love and respect and experience than I ever have before,” Aguilera told People. After this latest release, we can’t wait to hear what the rest of the album sounds like.
