Blake Shelton Calls Luke Bryan’s Underwear Commercial ‘Disgusting’

The Voice coach Blake Shelton loves to diss American Idol judge and fellow country star Luke Bryan whenever he can. This time, he had some biting comments about Luke’s Jockey underwear commercial.
Blake was interviewed on Cody Alan’s radio show, where he proceeded to call Luke’s endorsement of the underwear brand “disgusting.” Read on to find out what he said, and check out the ad yourself.
Blake Shelton Disses Luke Bryan’s Underwear Commercial
“Well, it is disgusting, but it’s not surprising,” Blake said of Luke’s Jockey commercials, according to Music Mayhem. “Luke just seems like one of those guys that walks around his house in his underwear all day with pee stains on them.”
Blake added that Luke seems like he wouldn’t put on clothes if he didn’t have to. Then, when Cody pointed out that Luke’s wife Caroline appears in the ads with him, he said, “Caroline in her underwear doesn’t sound as disgusting to me, that’s just me, though.”

Unfortunately for Blake, Caroline doesn’t appear in her underwear in the clips. Neither does Luke, really. He wears a white T-shirt, but it’s not exactly a Calvin Klein ad.
In one commercial, Caroline jokes that the skimpy underwear she received is for Luke. He calls it “dental floss.” In another ad, Luke keeps getting his T-shirt dirty, so he has to keep washing it before date night.
Blake Has Appeared In His Own Underwear Commercial
As Music Mayhem points out, Blake is no stranger to selling underwear himself. In 2015, he appeared in Gildan commercials. Like Luke, the ads weren’t particularly revealing. Check it out above.

Blake just can’t help poking fun at his friend and fellow country singer. Last year, when NASCAR held a race without a crowd due to the pandemic, Blake joked on Twitter that it looked like one of Luke’s concerts.
However, the two of them are actually friends. Luke said they go to dinner together and talk about their shows, as well as catching each other up on family. Blake has said of Luke that he “loves him like a brother.”
