Audience Members Reveal Details About Ariana Grande During ‘The Voice’ Blind Auditions

The Voice has been taping the first of the Blind Auditions in front of a live studio audience for Season 21. Lucky fans and contestants have gotten to see Ariana Grande make her big debut as a coach. The rest of us are eager to see her coaching skills when the show airs in the fall. In the meantime, Twitter users have gotten creative with tales of auditioning for the hit NBC show.
Live Audience Members Detail Meeting ‘The Voice’ Coach, Ariana Grande
Several of Grande’s fans on Twitter have claimed to audition for the show. One fan of Grande’s even went as far as to say that none of the coaches turned their chairs for her, not even Blake Shelton. Typically on any talent show, you are not allowed to disclose the results of your audition until after the show begins airing. Signing contracts is a huge part of appearing on shows like The Voice.
Just like for American Idol, most of The Voice contestants are told what day they can announce that they auditioned. You might remember when Grande was first announced as a coach, social media ran wild with people saying they were going to audition for the show just to meet her.
Most of them were probably shocked to find out that you can’t just immediately walk into a Blind Audition. Contestants first have to partake in the open call auditions before they are even chosen to sing in front of the coaches. Those who did get to meet Grande at The Voice tapings had nothing but great things to say about her.
“Ariana was so fun and sweet,” one audience member told E! News. “She was interacting with the fans so much and was having the cutest moments on and off camera with the coaches. She was so sweet to anyone who came up to her from the production team, as well. Ariana and Kelly Clarkson were taking selfies. It was so cute.”
Grande is Giving Out a Cute Gift to Her Team Members
The 27-year-old also joined in on giving members of her team gifts. In past seasons of The Voice, Clarkson gave out jackets while Nick Jonas gave his team notebooks. Grande’s gift sounds like the sweetest thing ever.
“Ariana also had a cute little lunchbox filled with goodies for whoever chose to be on her team,” the source said. “She was so excited to hand them out.”
One person on Twitter who was a member of The Voice live audience said “we had so many interactions with ariana at the voice im crying she’s the tiniest person ever.”
When commenters asked for more details, she revealed that the audience members signed NDA forms. Grande’s fans are looking forward to seeing her outfit which the fan described as “stunning.”
Grande is allegedly sitting next to Shelton for the Blind Auditions. We suspected they would have a rivalry right from the start since Shelton has won the show eight times. Grande already has her 245 million Instagram followers ready to vote for the members of her team and the show hasn’t even aired yet.
