New judge of The Voice Ariana Grande is on fire with all of her latest music releases. She recently worked with The Weeknd on the “Save Your Tears (Remix),” a song originally on his After Hours album. The highly anticipated release of the song comes after two previous successful collaborations for the pair.
Ariana Grande Joins The Weeknd For ‘Save Your Tears (Remix)’
Grande and The Weeknd are a perfect musical pairing on this song. Their vocals compliment each other in this super catchy tune accompanied by a fun animated video.
Fans are absolutely loving the “Save Your Tears (Remix).” They got the song trending on Twitter since its release.
Many complimented Grande’s vocal abilities and hitting both high and low notes. One fan called it “nostalgic.”
“Save Your Tears (Remix)” is so good, it will probably make you want to cry even though the lyrics are telling you to do the opposite.
Grande’s 2020 Positions album debuted with several chart-topping hits and features the song “off the table” with The Weeknd. This long-overdue collaboration came nearly seven years after their first big hit together.
In 2014, the duo had their first collaboration “Love Me Harder,” which landed in the Number seven spot on the Billboard Hot 100. The song was featured on Grande’s album My Everything. This is the same album that presented the smash hit “Bang Bang” with Nicki Minaj and Jessie J that we still can’t get out of our heads.

The duo first teased the “Save The Tears (Remix)” on social media with a bone-chilling seconds-long clip of the song. They also revealed the cover art for the song, featuring animated versions of Grande and The Weeknd.
He is of course wearing his sunglasses that have become synonymous with the After Hours album. She is sporting her signature high ponytail in the animated picture.
The song is available on Spotify and Apple Music, which you can listen to here. It’s one of many recent remixes for The Weeknd who also collaborated with RosalÃa, Kenny G, Doja Cat, and Lil Uzi Vert on this album.
Grande also collaborated with Megan Thee Stallion and Doja Cat on “34+35 Remix.” Both artists have been unstoppable when it comes to album sales, streams and breaking records.
Grande Has Been Hitting Major Music Milestones
The 27-year-old singer recently commemorated three years since the release of her record-breaking single “No Tears Left To Cry.” The music video for the 2018 hit has over 1 billion views, her first solo to achieve this honor.
That’s not all for the momentous achievements. Her Positions album now holds the record for the largest amount of sales in a week for a vinyl album by a woman. The vinyl launch of the album obviously proved to be a major accomplishment.
At the end of March, Grande broke the internet when she announced that she will be joining Season 21 of The Voice as a coach. The former Nickelodeon star will be replacing Nick Jonas on the rotating panel of coaches.
