Reading Time: 2 minutes
America’s Got Talent judge Simon Cowell made a big announcement on Twitter Tuesday morning. Cowell shared that a new AGT live show will be premiering in Las Vegas later this year.
The show will feature a variety of acts who previously competed on the NBC talent show. Cowell shared on Twitter that this is something he’s wanted to do for a long time.
Simon Cowell Announces ‘AGT’ Live in Las Vegas
America’s Got Talent Las Vegas LIVE will take place at Luxor Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The show opens November 4, 2021. There will be two shows per night, five nights per week, at the Luxor Theater. Tickets are on sale now.
“Ever since we launched @AGT, it’s always been my dream to have America’s Got Talent LIVE in Las Vegas,” Cowell wrote on Twitter. “I’m thrilled this is now happening. And extremely proud to be working with @MGMResortsIntl & to have @LuxorLV as our home. I’m now so excited for the launch of @agtvegaslive.”

The 75-minute show will reportedly introduce new acts over time, as well as limited-engagement performers. The cast is set to be announced in the coming weeks, although the show’s announcement video already features a few familiar faces.
We recognize danger act Deadly Games, as well as trapeze couple Duo Transcend and dance group Light Balance. However, none of these acts have announced their involvement on social media, so we’ll have to wait to learn about their potential participation.
How Much Do Tickets Cost for the Show?
The starting price for tickets to see the AGT live show is $49 before taxes and fees. However, you can also purchase a VIP backstage tour and meet and greet with select members of the cast. You’ll also get to take a photo at a replica of the judges’ desk from the TV show, as well as a lanyard with a souvenir VIP credential.
A headlining show in Las Vegas is part of the prize package for winners of AGT, but this show is something new for the franchise. Tickets are available for ages 5 and up, so start making your plans now.
