‘American Idol’ Alum Francisco Martin Dyes Hair Before Making Tour Announcement
Francisco posted selfies on Instagram to show off his bold new look. Also noticeable in the photos is a new tattoo of a tree on his forearm. Francisco started off as the shy and nervous singer who blossomed after his audition of “Alaska” by Maggie Rogers last year. He returned to American Idol to support his brother Kiko who auditioned in Season 19.
Francisco has grown 134,000 Instagram followers who all made positive comments about his hair including Season 18’s Margie Mays. Margie is “into it” and Season 19’s Hunter Metts thinks the hair is a “huge vibe.” DeWayne Crocker Jr., Cassandra Coleman, and Chayce Beckham all commented flame emoji’s on the post.
“Blonde Francisco is a whole damn snack,” one of Francisco’s fans commented on a recent singing video.
Fans Have Already Started to Buy Tickets For the Tour
Beautiful Ramblings of a Restless Mind is a musical masterpiece. It was only a matter of time before Francisco decided to take his music on the road. Featured on the EP is a romantic duet with Season 18’s Julia Gargano called “Swollen.” Both of their unique voices pair so well together.
Another huge highlight is the song “Wild Girl” which is accompanied by a very cinematic music video. In the comments section of the video, one fan wrote that Francisco compares to Olivia Rodrigo in his style. They are both bringing a whole new era of sound into the music scene. Francisco incorporates elements from several genres including pop and indie into his own music too.
His tour is set to kick off on October 20 in his home state of California. He will travel all throughout the U.S. with the final tour date in Texas on November 13. Tickets are available now. Fans are already commenting on Instagram that they bought tickets, so you better get them while they’re hot!
