Who Moved on in The Masked Singer Group C Finals?

The theme of this week’s Masked Singer episode was Decades Night, as the Group C contestants performed songs from decades that meant something to them. The panelists also dressed up in the styles of various decades, and the contestants opened the show with a performance of “My Sharona” by The Knack.

During the show, Mad Scientist Monster took the stage to perform “Love Yourself” by Justin Bieber, calling the 2010s “one of the best decades of my career.” Their country twang had the panelists guessing that they might be Brad Paisley, Blake Shelton, or Billy Ray Cyrus.

Wednesday’s show also featured another performance by Nessy, who showed off some tender vocals on REO Speedwagon’s “Can’t Fight This Feeling,” teasing that they got to open for the band. Guesses from the panel about Nessy’s identity included Dave Matthews, Daryl Hall, and Pat Monahan.

At the end of the show, Mad Scientist Monster automatically moved on to the “Lucky 6,” joining Coral, Paparazzo, Pearl, and Boogie Woogie. The contestant who took the final spot was determined in a Battle Royale between Nessy and Yorkie. Nessy was chosen to move on, while Yorkie had to be eliminated and unmasked.

Yorkie Unmasked as Real Housewife Erika Jayne

During Wednesday’s show, Yorkie returned to the stage to perform “Stop! In the Name of Love” by the Supremes, sharing that the 1960s remind her of her mother. When it came time to decide who should move on, Yorkie had to compete with Nessy in a Battle Royale.

Both contestants performed their own version of “Hard to Handle” by Otis Redding. Ultimately, Nessy was chosen as the winner and got to move on to the “Lucky 6,” while Yorkie had to be unmasked. Final guesses from the panel included Lori Loughlin, Paris Hilton, and Kyle Richards.

However, only Jenny McCarthy was correct in guessing that Yorkie was Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne. That means McCarthy is now tied with Robin Thicke for most correct guesses this season, with three each. This season, the show has brought back the Golden Ear Trophy, which rewards the panelist who gets the most right.

Erika Jayne joins the ranks of past Housewives stars who have appeared on The Masked Singer, including Season 3 winner Kandi Burruss (Night Angel) and Season 10 contestant Luann de Lesseps (Hibiscus).
