Ariana Grande is working on new music, getting fans excited for the release of her seventh album. On Thursday, Grande posted several photos and videos from the studio. Fans think the timing of the post is significant.

On Thursday, Grande took to Instagram to share a series of photos and clips taken in the studio. The singer can be seen sitting at the computer working on music. In one shot, a glass of wine can be seen on the control panel.
In another clip, Grande can be seen singing into a microphone while she works at the computer. Unfortunately, there is no sound in the video, so fans won’t be able to hear what she’s recording.
One fan pointed out that the timing of Grande’s post might be a hint that she’s working on her seventh album. She shared the post, which contains seven slides, on December 7 at 7 a.m. PT.
Grande’s Wicked co-star Cynthia Erivo also teased a bit about what Grande is working on, writing in the comments, “Love you sweetheart, no one is ready, I’m so freaking proud of you!! This project is so freaking special!!!”

Fans Have Been Waiting for the New Album
Grande’s last album, Positions, was released in 2020. Since then, fans have been waiting for the singer to announce her new project. However, Grande has been busy with other commitments, including coaching on The Voice and starring in the movie adaptation of Wicked.
Now it looks like Grande finally has time to work on her new album. In October, a fan asked for the title of the project, and the singer responded, “Let me make it first.” Grande is rumored to be working with producer Max Martin on the album.
Grande later joked that the album would be called Goat Mother after hanging out with some goats on a farm. Hopefully, fans won’t have to wait long to hear the new project.
