Jeffree Star Addresses Kanye West Affair Rumors But With His Problematic History, Do We Trust Him?

Jeffree Star woke up on January 6 to his name trending on Twitter and had no idea why. He later learned that after news of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s divorce began circulating, many thought Jeffree was to blame. How did Jeffree get involved in this mess and how did rumors of he and Kanye’s affair start?
Jeffree Star Addressed The Kanye West Affair Rumors
The beauty mogul said that his phone was blowing up when he woke up in the morning. He posted a YouTube video from his home in Wyoming surrounded by some of his friends and his glam squad. Jeffree questioned how the rumor started that he and Kanye were having an affair. Kanye also has a ranch in Wyoming so he figured it was because they lived in the same place. Jeffree is splitting half of his year living in Wyoming and half his year in California.

But Jeffree quickly realized that a TikTok video posted by user Ava Louise was the reasoning behind the rumor. “I guess some girl made up a whole lie on TikTok and it went viral where she insinuates Kanye and Kim are getting divorced because a big male beauty influencer is sleeping with him,” he said. “I’m single, I’m not sleeping with anyone.”
Jeffree said that he wanted to clarify some things for news outlets. “I like very tall men, me and Kanye have never hung out and this whole thing is really funny” he said. Though he debunked the rumors rather quickly, Jeffree understands that there are some things he has said in the past about Kanye that may have led people to think the pair were hooking up. In an old song of his from 2009, Jeffree said a line about Kanye. He did go to a Kanye concert in the past and tweeted about that as well.
Jeffree Poked Fun At The Rumors On Instagram
Jeffree may have added fuel to the Kanye affair rumors when he posted an Instagram picture with a suggestive caption. “I’m ready for Sunday Service” he captioned the photo. This is a reference to a weekly Christian gathering hosted by Kanye. He wore a rainbow wig and pink bathrobe. “THE CAPTION. IM DEAD YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU’RE DOING” YouTuber Joel Wood wrote in the comments section on the video.
“I think you forgot to tag Kanye” another Instagram user wrote.
Aside from all of the crazy rumors and having his name trending, Jeffree opened up about living a quieter life in Wyoming. He hopes to build on his property in the future. He gushed about how it is the least populated state in American and how everyone grows their own food. Jeffree is opening up a fulfillment center out there and his brand Jeffree Star Cosmetics will continue to launch a lot of new products this year.
