The Dancing With The Stars Season 32 winner has officially been announced. The new winner, Marvel Star Xochitl Gomez truly had such an eventful journey on the series, so let’s relive it.

Week 1 Cha Cha

Xochitl and Val started out the season on the right note, receiving 6’s across the board from the three judges. Although this was a pretty average score, everyone has to begin somewhere.

Week 2 Salsa

The pair quickly improved their scores, earning 8’s across the board during the second week of the competition.

Week 3 Foxtrot

This week is where Xochitl really blossomed on the stage. Not only did she have the moves, she had the facial expressions to match. She once again earned 8’s across the board from Derek Hough, Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli, and guest judge Michael Strahan.

Week 4 Paso Doble

Once again Xochitl and Val found a way to increase their scores in only a week. In this week, they earned 9’s across the board.

Week 5 Viennese Waltz

Week 5 was when Xochitl and Val earned their first 10 from judge Hough. Judges Tonioli and Inaba gave the pair 9’s beside Hough.

Week 6 Contemporary

This week, Xochitl and Val gave one of their most impressive dances yet. Although they received 9’s from Tonioli, Inaba, and Hough. The week’s guest judge Niecy Nash-Betts gave the pair a 10.

Week 6 Marathon Dance

During the same week, the pair competed in the Monster-thon marathon dance competition. They were the last couple standing, so they got five points added to their scores.

Week 7 Jazz

Xochitl channeled her inner Gwen Stefani on Music Video Night, where she impressed, even though she had a slight wardrobe malfunction. The pair earned 9’s from Inaba and guest judge Paula Abdul, Tonioli and Hough gave the pair 8’s.

Week 7 Team Dance

For the team dance, Xochitl and Val were apart of Team Young’n Style alongside Lele Pons and Brandon Armstrong; Harry Jowsey and Rylee Arnold; Charity Lawson and Artem Chigvintsev. This team won the Team Dance with 10’s across the board.

Week 8 Tango

During Whitney Houston Night, Xochitl and Val performed their first perfect-scoring dance. This tango was seriously solid.

Week 8 Dance Off

The dance-off was the only additional dance that Xochitl and Val didn’t win. They were paired against Charity Lawson and Artem Chigvintsev, who the judges ultimately picked as the winner.

Week 9 Quickstep

After receiving a perfect score the week before, Xochitl and Val scored highly again. They received 9s from Hough and Inaba, while Tonioli and guest Mandy Moore gave the pair 10s.

Week 9 Relay Dance

Xochitl and Val earned three additional points in the relay dance competition.

Semi Final Samba

Xochitl and Val seriously scored high in the semi-finals. Their Samba set the scene for the night, when they earned a perfect score.

Semi Final Waltz

The pair finished off the night with an impressive waltz to seal their place in the Finale.

Finale Redemption Foxtrot

This pair seriously came out to play in the finale. After receiving 8’s across the board with her Week 3 Foxtrot, they improved their score, bringing it up to 10’s across the board.

The pair truly sealed the deal with their incredible Finale freestyle number. This was definitely a highlight of the night.
