Witney Carson and Guillermo Rodriguez on 'Dancing With the Stars' 2026

If you’ve been paying attention to the Dancing With the Stars competition, you’ll know that Witney Carson’s pregnancy has quickly become a meme. Each week Guillermo Rodriguez stays in the competition, more and more comments about Carson’s pregnancy keep being shared, saying that she “wants to go home.”

Witney Carson Reassures Fans She’s in Good Health

Commentary about Carson, made by fans, is regarding the fact that she is around five months pregnant, while competing with Season 35 partner Guillermo Rodriguez. Many believe producers initially paired her with Guillermo, so she would be voted out quickly. Turns out, Carson feels the opposite about the season.

“Thanks to everyone who’s concerned about my health and the baby’s health while dancing,” she said on social media. “I’ve done [dancing] for a very long time. I know how far to push my body and the baby’s health has always been my number one priority.”

Though Carson didn’t necessarily say she is attempting to win the season, she doesn’t deny it either. As many know, this is the dancers third pregnancy, so she knows what to look out for. As of right now, she “feels really good” but is just “more tired than usual.”

“I have no reserves when it comes to speaking up about physically overdoing it, which I do not feel that way at all and the show is more than willing to help out in any capacity,” she said, before confirming she is getting the rest her and the baby need.

Howard Stern Begs Fans to Stop Voting for Guillermo

During Jimmy Kimmel Live‘s episode directly after Dancing With the Stars, podcast host Howard Stern had a lot to say on the topic of Guillermo on the competition. Stern quickly explained that he is anti-Guillermo.

“I don’t think we should vote for Guillermo…” Stern said. “The poor woman he’s dancing with is pregnant.”

Though it’s been wildly joked about online that Carson may have been paired with Guillermo intentionally, Stern brought it to light, saying “They probably sat there in the back of the room and said, ‘Look, we’re gonna match you up with Guillermo. He’ll be off the first week. The guy can’t dance to save his life.'”

Additionally, Stern admitted that Carson “doesn’t want to be on the show anymore” and Guillermo “is screwing everything up.” After making these comments, Stern then wished Guillermo luck in the competition, since he was voted through into the fourth week of the competition.
